Job Role

  • Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.

  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, and building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.

  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.

  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Staying informed about competing products and services.

  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. Upselling products and services.

  • Researching and qualifying new leads.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and share insights with the marketing and sales teams on a regular basis. Stay up to date on market trends, consumer and product research, and industry best practices
